Steamy Lit Con - August 2024

I had so much fun as at last year’s Steamy Lit Con that I’ll be returning next summer! Steamy Lit Con is a romance book convention celebrating diversity in romance, with two full days of building relationships and connecting with other romance readers & authors! There will be panels, keynote speakers, and plenty of time to get your items and books signed by your favorite romance author.

Cedarburg Cultural Center - July 2023 Artist in Residence
The Cedarburg Cultural Center is a gathering place that fosters community, arts, and history through live music, theater events, and galleries of artwork by artists from Southeastern Wisconsin. It is located in the heart of Cedarburg’s National Historic District (25 minutes north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin).
For the month of July, I’ll be appearing there in person as the Artist-in-Residence to discuss writing and self-publishing, and the Center will have copies of all my paperbacks for sale.

Readers Entertainment Radio Podcast - December 11, 2021
One of my bucket list items as an author was to appear on a podcast, so I was thrilled when Patricia Walters-Fischer, one of the hosts of Readers Entertainment Radio, asked me to be a guest speaker on her podcast. We talked about spices, my Hallmark-esque hometown, my archaeology career, and my Blackwood Cellars Books (with a focus on White Wedding, which came out in November). If you’d like to listen, it’s ~45 minutes long and the writing talk part starts at the 10-minute mark.
